If you find the same product cheaper (or even the same price) online or instore before you purchase it with us we will beat the price you find by 10% and also credit your acount with 250 points.

Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. The product must be identical (including any options such as size and colour).
2. The product must be in stock in the UK and available for immediate delivery within the UK.
3. Price quoted must be a regular price (not a sale, member or special discounted price).
4. Price must be quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.
5. Price Guarantee claim must be made within 7 days prior to purchase.
6. You must have an account with Lustre Lingerie to avail of the price guarentee.

Price Guarentee Process

If you find a better price (or the same price) email shop@lustrelingerie.com with a link to the price online or with proof of an instore price. Once the products and price have been validated by Lustre Lingerie we will credit your account with 250 points and offer you the product 10% cheaper than the pice you found.

If you have already purchased a product from us and find it cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of your purchase we will credit your account with 250 points. We will also credit your account with one point for every £1 you would have saved had you noticed the price before you purchased.
